Start Remote Session
You will need a 6 digit PIN number to start the Remote Support Session. If you don't have a pin please contact us.

Enter the PIN in the box below, and press the "connect to technician" button. ( Remember the pin is only good for 20 minutes)

A window will pop up asking to "Run, Save, Cancel" press Run to continue.

the required aplet will download to your computer and it will then ask you if you want to run it, press Run to continue. This applet will automatically be removed from your pc at the end of the session. You will need to repeat this process to start a new support session at a future time.

A chat session will then start with one of our technicians. With your authorization he will then be able to log on to your computer and do any repairs agreed upon.
During your remote repair session YOU will be able to observe all repairs LIVE by watching your screen while
we solve your problem.
Your computer mouse will actually move around on your computer screen right before your eyes. You can even watch and learn!
YOU will be
able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. When we are finished, the connection program is automatically and permanetly removed and we will be unable to reconnect, unless
YOU choose to reinstall the program for further service.
This entire process keeps you, our client in complete control at all times,
during and after the repair. We're happy to explain this process
