A chat session will then start with one of our technicians. With your authorization he will then be able to log on to your computer and do any repairs agreed upon.
 
During your remote repair session YOU will be able to observe all repairs LIVE by watching your screen while we solve your problem.
Your computer mouse will actually move around on your computer screen right before your eyes. You can even watch and learn!
YOU will be able to assume control at any time and no breach of security is possible. When we are finished, the connection program is automatically and permanetly removed and we will be unable to reconnect, unless YOU choose to reinstall the program for further service.
This entire process keeps you, our client in complete control at all times, during and after the repair. We're happy to explain this process over the phone to clarify any concerns that you may still have.
