You will need to press Run to continue, this will start the download of the applet needed to run a remote session.
After the download is complete you will need to press Run again to install the applet. This applet will automatically be removed from your pc at the end of the session.
You are now in a chat session with the technician. You have not yet given the technician permission to start the remote support session.
When the technician requests to have access to your desktop to accomplished the repairs agreed upon you would need to press Yes to give him the access. Once the session has ended the technician will not be able to log on to your computer until this entire process is repeated and you have given him access again.
At anytime during the remote session you can disconnect the technician by pressing the disconnect button. This window will always be on your desktop or on your task bar at the button of your screen.
Select save to download applet needed to start a remote session.

Once downloaded double click on the file to run it. If this window does not apear after download has completed the file will be located on your desktop.
