Dust out the inside:

At least once a year you will have to disconnect all the cables remove the cover and take the PC outdoors to r blow ou tall the dust.

First remove the cables from the back of your PC. You can always mark each cable as you take them out or have a look at your PC's owners manual, they usually have pictures on how everything goes back. The cables are usually color coded to the PC and all you have to do is mach the colors.

Next remove the side cover to get access to the inside of the pc. If you cannot figure out how the cover comes off refer to your owners manual.

Take the PC outdoors and use a can of compressed air to blow out all the dust. You don't want to do this inside the house because of the amount of dust that will come out. You also might want to use a dust mask while doing this.

One note you don't want to use your vacuum cleaner to remove the dust. The static electricity generated by your vacuum cleaner will do more harm than the dust itself.
