Make Google Safe for Kids

If you have kids that surf the internet you can change the settings in Google to make all search results kid safe. By changing the setting Google will not show results that contain pornography, explicit sexual content, profanity, and other types of hate content.

Here is how to change the settings:

1. Click Here to go to the settings page: Google preferences
2. In the SafeSearch Filtering section, choose the Strict filtering option.
3. Then click on Save Preferences and you are done.

You can also lock the settings so no one can change them but you, but you will need to have a Gmail account to do so. If you have a Gmail account, instead of clicking on Save Preferences in step three click on the Lock SafeSettings link. Then sign in and click on Lock SafeSettings button.
